All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays as mail carriers are closed) from the date of purchase. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, processing times may be longer.

Shipping is free for all order $100+! Shipping rates will vary based on the weight and destination of your order. Delivery times will also vary depending on the shipping method you choose and the destination of your order. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.

We ship USPS Priority for all retail orders and UPS Ground/Overnight for wholesale orders. The average shipping time for USPS Priority is 1-3 Business Days. UPS Ground is the same and UPS Overnight is Next Day Delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your package. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after your order has been shipped.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within [1] day of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and in their original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus the cost of the return shipping label. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
